This is what is inside.

The kit is five small surfaces, not a lifestyle promise. Each surface has one job: make the next return possible without needing a perfect week first.

DailyOne question, four minutes.
RecoveryFour-line re-entry worksheet.
DecisionA stuck-choice exit page.
Weekly12-minute review, skip-safe.

Built by an ADHD adult who quit on six planners by day eight. Made for adults whose default is missing days, not the version of you who shows up daily without thinking about it.

free keeps the lights on. Free if that’s where you are right now. Either way, you get the same kit and every update I ever ship. First 100 readers shape what this becomes — whatever you pay (or don’t) helps me figure out who this is actually for. More on free with optional tips →

00 Is this you?

Four lines. If three land, this kit is for you.

  • You’ve bought planners before. None of them stuck past week one.
  • The system always breaks the week you needed it most.
  • You don’t want streaks, gamification, or a coach yelling motivation.
  • You want the smallest tool that survives a missed week.

Two or fewer? Read the free 5-pager first — it’s where most people start.

01 Three design rules

Why this one doesn’t break by day eight.

Rule 1

No streaks. No guilt architecture.

Miss three days — the system doesn’t reset. It picks up where you are.

Rule 2

No setup longer than four minutes.

If the kit isn’t useful in the first session, it’s the wrong kit.

Rule 3

One question per page.

What’s the single next thing? That’s the daily page. Nothing else.

01a What you’ll do in the first 10 minutes

Open the kit. Then this.

  1. Open the daily page (1 minute).

Type today’s date. Answer one question: what’s the single next thing? Don’t plan a week. Don’t list categories. Just the single next thing.

  2. Bookmark the re-entry worksheet (2 minutes).

You won’t need it today. You’ll need it the day after you miss three days. Open it once now so you know where it lives. That’s the whole setup.

  3. Do the single next thing (7 minutes).

The point isn’t the kit. The point is the work that the kit got out of the way. Close the kit. Do the thing.

Total setup time: ten minutes. If it takes longer, you’re probably overthinking it — close the tab, come back tomorrow.

02 What’s in it

Five templates. Each one is a real tool, not a chapter.

Daily

The 4-minute daily page

One question: what’s the single next thing? No streak. No score. Designed to be skipped.

Recovery

Re-entry worksheet

Use it after a missed week. Four lines. Restores enough context to start again without restarting.

Emergency

Brain-dump page

For the day everything is on fire and nothing fits a category yet.

Decisions

Decision-support template

When a small decision has been stuck for three days, this is the one-page exit.

Weekly

Weekly review (the realistic one)

12 minutes. Skip without penalty. The week still works.

03 Real sample

The re-entry worksheet, in full.

It looks too small to do anything. It works because the smallness is the feature — the moment after a missed week is when an elaborate template gets closed and never reopened.

Sample · copyable

Re-entry, four lines

1. Where I stopped:
2. The single sentence I don’t want to lose:
3. The next breadcrumb:
4. One thing I’ll forgive myself for, in writing:

04 Disqualifiers

Who this isn’t for.

If you already have a system that works, you don’t need this. If you want a habit tracker with streaks and gamification, this is the wrong kit — the whole design choice here is the opposite. If you want a deeply customised productivity OS with 40 databases and rollups, the Solo Therapist OS or AI OS will fit better. This kit is small on purpose.

05 Honest about scale

Why there are no testimonials here yet.

This page launched in May 2026. Real screenshots of reader messages will land here as they come in — not stock photos, not invented quotes. If you buy in the first 1,000 and want to write back, your message can land here with your handle (or anonymously). Until then, the page stays honest about what it is: a small kit, made by one ADHD adult, fresh out of the door.

Email what landed for you → Your message can sit here for the next reader (handle or anonymous).

06 Five real objections

What people ask before they buy.

Is this a course or a planner?

Neither. Five Notion-friendly templates plus a printable PDF. No curriculum, no homework, no streaks. Open the page that matches what’s broken today and use it.

I’ve already bought five productivity systems and abandoned all of them.

Same. That’s the design rule. The templates assume you’ll miss three days and the system picks up where you are, not where you should be.

What’s the difference between this and SelfHealer Basics?

SelfHealer Basics is a single 12-minute comeback protocol — one PDF, one path. This kit is the wider system: five templates covering daily, recovery, emergency, decisions, and weekly review. If you’re mid-collapse right now, start with SelfHealer. If you want the ongoing system, start here.
