DESKRUNE
For when you come back.
Every kit is a PDF. Single file, downloadable, readable on any device. We don't gate behind Notion, an LMS, or a login. The 4-line Re-Entry Card is on the last page so you can print or screenshot it.
ADHD adults navigating modern systems — money, work, relationships, sleep, late-diagnosis grief, AI tools. The current line (AI-for-ADHD) is for the version of you that quit on day 8 of the last six planners. Read the audience page.
Anyone looking for a streak-based productivity system, a 30-day reset challenge, or "the one weird trick" content. Read /honest/ for the full list of things we won't pretend to be.
The AI-for-ADHD line assumes you use at least one of them already. The protocols include paste-able prompts that work in any of the three. You don't need a paid subscription — the free tiers all work.
Yes. The 4-audience design means every kit explicitly speaks to the ADHD adult, the partner, the coach or clinician, and the boss. Buy once, share with one household. We trust you.
Yes — read the coach page for how clinicians and coaches use the AFM taxonomy as session structure. We do not bill therapeutically and don't sell team licenses.
The focused guides cover one AFM each. The flagship covers all 10 plus the addendum and gets quarterly updates forever. The math: if you'd buy 3+ focused guides anyway, the flagship is cheaper. See the comparison table.
30 days, no questions asked. Email [email protected] with your order ID. We process refunds same-day. We assume you'd rather be reading the kit than waiting on a refund — both are fine outcomes.
Yes, automatically and free. Every kit is re-validated every quarter. When a chapter changes, you get the new PDF. See /changes/ for the public revision log.
The flagship Deskrune AI OS ($49) IS the bundle. It includes all 10 AFMs that the focused guides cover separately. We don't run discount codes or sales — the price is the price.
No. Every kit is researched, drafted, and revised by hand. Citations come from PubMed and peer-reviewed work. AI-tool references (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini behavior) are tested against current model output before publication. See /honest/ #10.
Quarterly validation pass. Every Claude / ChatGPT / Gemini reference gets re-tested. Anything that drifted out of date gets fixed in the next release. Owners get the new version free. The fix is logged at /changes/.
The kit chapter that depended on it gets updated or killed. Owners get the new PDF. We publish the retraction in /changes/ with the date. If we wouldn't ship a kit on retracted research, we won't keep selling one that becomes that.
No. We don't diagnose, treat, or recommend interventions for ADHD. The kits assume you're already working with whatever clinical relationship works for you. See /honest/ #03.
The newsletter is one-way by design. No notifications. No moderation overhead. No community shame spiral when you don't show up for a week. Faceless brand, solitary tool.
Coaching is its own profession. We're a content library. If we offered "Deskrune Coaching Plus," it would either be bad coaching or bad content. See /honest/ #02.
The Re-Entry Card is four lines on paper for a reason. An app would add notification overhead, login friction, and an additional thing to maintain. The free tools at /tools/ already work in any browser.
Faceless brand. The kit is the artifact. Whether it works doesn't depend on knowing who wrote it. A photo of someone smiling adds nothing to the protocol.
