Games for ADHD brains

Short games, research-grounded.

No score shame. No leaderboards. No streaks. Each game takes about 2 minutes. The transfer-to-real-life evidence is honestly mixed — some people notice it, some don’t. Try one for 7 days, see what you notice. The research notes →

The honest version

Training a game improves you AT that game. Transfer to daily life is modest in the research, larger in self-report. EndeavorRx (Akili, FDA-cleared 2020) is the only video game cleared as a prescription ADHD intervention — that’s the precedent. The other paradigms have decades of literature with mixed findings. The site cites the actual papers; we don’t overclaim. More on the research approach →
