The Time-Blindness Check
Log five tasks. What you thought it would take, what it actually took. Get your distortion factor — the number to multiply every future estimate by.
This is the AFM-5 (Time-Blindness Tax) check. It runs offline, in your browser. We never see the data.

How to read the factor
- 1.0–1.3× — calibrated. Your gut is reliable.
- 1.4–2.0× — typical ADHD distortion. Multiply every future estimate by this number before committing.
- 2.0–3.0× — high distortion. Add the multiplier AND a buffer.
- >3.0× — re-look at how you estimate. The Pre-Commitment Slot system in the flagship covers this.
