What counts

Every digital kit we sell. Bundles too. If you bought it and want it undone, we undo it.

What doesn’t count

Chargebacks before emailing us. We can’t reverse a chargeback once it’s open with your bank; we can tip support directly if you ask first.

If Gumroad asks for a reason

If Gumroad’s own tip support form asks for a reason, leave it blank or write “didn’t fit.” We approve every request the moment we see it.

How long it takes

Same business day on our side. Your bank takes 3–5 days to show the credit. We can’t make that part faster.

Why this matters

We sell to ADHD adults who’ve been burned by “tip support within 14 days, with form, with case number, with reason justification, processed at next quarterly cycle.” That’s the opposite of how we want to behave. The point of free is to lower the cost of trying us. The tip support is the back half of that.
