Page-as-Instrument.

Off by default. When you turn it on, every keystroke, every 200 pixels of scroll, and 30% of link hovers play a soft Lydian-scale note. The site becomes the instrument. Distracting for some people; calming for others. You decide.

Off

Why Lydian. Lydian is major scale with a raised 4th. It sounds open and slightly unresolved — less "cheerful" than straight major, less melancholy than minor. Easier to live with for hours.

Why off by default. Audio that fires on every keystroke is the kind of feature you opt in to, never opt out of. Your call.

Where it works. Every Deskrune page once you turn it on. Setting persists in your browser's localStorage. Refresh the page after toggling for the change to take effect on the current page.
